Honestly, I'm too annoyed by people to say anything constructive.  Everyone needs to sit down, shut up, have a nice cup of tea and some cookies and then, and only then, can they be allowed back on the internet.

Also, I say a month. Minimum. And it's Cardiff, not London that they'd have to power. Both DW and Torchwood are filmed in Cardiff. Most of the time, at least.
