Sleep perchance to WTF?!

So.  When I have a long day at class or get no sleep I usually take a nap when I get home.  Two, maybe three hours.  Easy, right?  Well, I fell asleep around 4-ish.  And then the phone rang, technosage, at about 10.  Six hours of sleep and I would have gotten more if I hadn't been woken up.  Think I needed it?
