Hiro teleports himself to Atlantis by accident. Miko is one of the few that can understand him. Theatrics ensue.
Hiro transports himself to the future. The far future. He manages to land on New Caprica. Which side thinks he's a spy?
House gets a look at Claire before she manages to heal herself. How will he react?
The Doctor (9th or 10th) runs into an injured Claire. Is this something he's run across before or this new even to him?
Hiro (again...yes, I like the futuristic scifi shows) lands on board the Serenity. River is the only one able to understand him.
Mohinder runs across some information about the Ancient Gene stolen from the Trust. Is this the key to his father's mystery?
